Budapop Refund Policy

At Budapop, we are committed to providing you with high-quality nano-infused CBD beverages. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund Policy carefully.

1. General Refund Conditions

CBD Product Specifics: Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns on opened or partially consumed CBD beverages for hygiene and safety reasons, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your Budapop product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately upon receipt (within 48 hours) at info@budapop.com with the following information:

Upon review, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement or a full refund. We may require you to return the damaged item.

3. Incorrect Order

If you received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@budapop.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you and provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

4. Dissatisfaction with Product (Unopened)

If you are not satisfied with your unopened Budapop product for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price, minus any shipping charges.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@budapop.com. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

6. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (processed through Square), within a certain amount of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company).

7. Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@budapop.com.

8. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged, defective, or an incorrect order.

9. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@budapop.com
